Getting a library card is easy at the Public Library of Mount Vernon and Knox County. You will need to fill out a short form at the Circulation Desk. You must also bring with you: Photo-identification in the form of a driver's license or state ID (a school ID is not permitted) and something with your current address (like a utility bill) if your photo-identification does not have your current address.
* Please note that the library does not give legal advice, but can help put you in contact with those that can. These forms and documents were provided by the Southeastern Ohio Legal Services which can be reached at 1-888-831-9412.
